Our March newsletter ended with the following verses: Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen. Jude 24-25  The Definition This was the benediction spoken over the congregation at church last Sunday and it has really stuck with me through the week. I looked up "benediction" at merriam-webster.com : "The invocation of a blessing . " And just to make my Bible study ladies proud, I looked up "invocation" as well. And I'm glad I did. Merriam-webster.com said,  "the act or process of petitioning for help or support; a prayer of entreaty; a calling upon for authority or justification." Welcome to our new adventure. The Eddy Family is on the move! But we are not going too far ... for now! We are moving from the mountains of North Carolina to the Charlotte area. Our God has been moving in great ways to lead us to a decision to pursue becoming missionaries. It has been a long and challenging process that has culminated in very rapid action. We now find ourselves uprooting and changing every aspect of our lives as we seek to be obedient to the nudging of our Heavenly Father. We are moving in just twelve days. Thankfully, we will only be three hours away from our current home and we will be closer to family. All that being said, we have cherished the process. We have rejoiced in the counsel of many godly leaders. What an amazing time to evaluate where God has brought us to in our marriage, 3 years after we said our vows.
